I am writing to you to formally complaint about the poor quality of the service offered to me at your shop recently. Allow me to describe the situation in this letter for you. I am a software engineer, so you can anticipate the vitality of a computer to me. In the light of this fact, I want you to take this matter seriously and resolve it on urgent basis as I am intensively in need of my computer. So, I suggest you to arrange a battery as soon as possible.
