Dear Mr Brown,
I am writing to you in regards to the letter of complaint you send me two days back. To embark upon, I would like to apologize that you are facing so much of trouble because of us.
Allow me to elaborate the situation in my house which is responsible for such kerfuffle milieu. The problem is that one week back my sister had come to visit me with her three children. All the children are under the age of fifteen, these kids like to listen loud music and play all day long. This indeed creates lot of noise and disturbance in house.
Although, I tried to make them understand that how dis comfortable and annoying it is for everyone. But they seemed to ignore my suggestions. However, now I have strictly warned them to alter their behaviour or else I will have to ask my sister to leave.
Lastly, I am very sorry for the inconvenienced caused to you but I am looking forward to see improvement in this situation.
Thank you very much for your patience.
Yours faithfully,
John
