I am a long time patron of your airline and I am writing to express my dissatisfaction due to an unexpected and huge delay for one of my recent bookings with you.
Initially, I was supposed to travel from Delhi to Sydney on the 12th of March and return on the 18th of March. Though the onward journey was smooth enough, I faced a lot of issues on my way back home. On arriving at the boarding lounge I was informed that my flight was delayed for 20 hours. As the delay was conveyed to me on such short notice, this foul-up not only ruined the sentiments of my son since we could not celebrate the birthday that he had on the same day but also affected my employers. I was supposed to commence back to work the next day for attending a crucial meeting with my client.
Given the fact that this was entirely your fault, I feel that complimentary tickets of an equal distance can be warranted. I can be reached on the address supplied. A swift response would be greatly appreciated.
