Dear sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter to inform you that I want to let out my room for the rent, and it is already being shared by two person excluding me. However, I am looking for one more student who can easily gel with us.
First of all, I am living in a gigantic villa which has four huge open flowing bedroom houses, out of which three of them are already in use. The house also needs an extensive repair which is unbearable for me at the moment keeping in mind that I am not employed in full time work.
Secondly,There are many areas in the room that needs to be fixed. Water is leaking from the roof, and it has caused a stain on the surface of the wall. Apart from this, the geysers always stops working after every 2 weeks and the situation is still the same.
Thirdly, I would like to request you to help us in finding a new person for our villa who can easily fit in to our house and also who do not engage in any negative activities. Kindly arrange a meeting with even landlord well since I want to highlight this issue to them.
Thanks
