here are several courses that are being arranged in Canada over the year, but I am interested in attending the skiing course. this course is on my bucket list since so long, and it is a good chance to tick it off with your specialists. When I booked the course with next cohort, I had not any commitment in work during the course period.

Recently, there are two significant reasons for not attending the complete course. Firstly, my company signed a contract with an important client in China, and I have been selected with the team who will travel to Beijing to review contract`s condition. therefore, I won`t be able to attend the whole course sessions. Secondly, my Canadian visa will be expired a week before the end date of the course, and I must to travel out of the country before the expiration date.

I reviewed the course application, but there was no clause for the refund procedure. therefore, I would ask that you address this case with the account department and advise me with the possibility for any refund.
