Dear Sir,

I am writing to let you know that I am interested in the computer course offered in your institute. I read about it recently in the local newspaper. While I possess the basic computing knowledge, I am unable to apply because of the eligibility criteria. I hope you will consider my situation favorably.

Let me explain my situation. I am a mechanical engineering student without any formal degree in computers, however I have always had interest in coding and algorithms. The trouble is that the mandatory elementary course will commence after almost 3 months but my semester break will end by then. As such, I am compelled to take up this course.

Would you kindly check if any extraordinary exception could be made to admit me? As long as I get admission, I dont mind subscribing the weekend course.
