Dear Anna,
Hello, how are you? I hope you are having a joyous time. I am writing this letter to inform you that I have left some important documents when I was staying at your place in Australia. I humble request you to please return the file by post.
I visited Australia for attending two days business seminar on Customer Marketing and Advertising” as it would ai me in enhancing my knowledge and skills. I was really grateful that you allowed me to stay at your house. I had a lot of fun with you and your family and you were a great host.
When I arrive at my office on 29th September, I realized that I had left some critical documents in the room I stayed in, perhaps in the drawer on the left side of the bed. They were placed in a blue file with the name Prabhpreet Kaur printed on the top of the file. Those official papers are very critical as they contain confidential and sensitive financial data, a hard copy of the presentation and some notes that I registered during the conference. Unquestionably, they are as much as important to the company as they are to me and If they are misplaced the company will suffer huge losses and it will also impact my career.
I would request you to kindly return the file through the post as soon as possible and please do share the delivery number so that I can keep a track of the package.
I hope to hear from you soon.
Take care and see you soon.
With love,
Prabhpreet Kaur
