Dear Sir,
My name is Pallvi Singla. I have been writing this letter to express my immense dissatisfaction
regards to the food that we were served at your C-one restaurant at Brampton location on second of
June.
our all near and dears were with us to celebrate our son's first birthday. We were excited to
celebrate this day. So, decided and book a party hall at your place and gave them a list of foods
to prepare during the party.
In the beginning, everything was going very well. Starting from cake ceremony to the starter.
However, when it came to serve the dinner, it was so awful and oily. Even though, we felt some of
the dishes were taste sour. That means they were not fresh. So, none of our relatives ate
properly. Unfortunately, we had to waste the whole food because of the bad taste.
At the end, we just felt disappointed and shammed because of the food. Now, we really think we
deserve to get a large amount of discount on our next visit. I am looking forward for a prompt
action on this issue.
Yours truly
Pallvi Singla
