You travelled by plane last week and your suitcase was lost.
You have still heard nothing from the airline company.
Write to the airline and explain what happened. Describe your suitcase
and tell them what was in it. Find out what they are going to do about it.
DEAR SIR,
I AM WRITING THIS LETTER WITH REGARDS TO THE LOST AND FOUND AUTHORITY OF YOUR COMPANY REGARDING MY MISSING LUGGAGE FROM YOUR PLACE.
A WEEK AGO,I.E. ON 10/11/19 I WAS TRAVELLING BY YOUR E3 FLIGHT FROM TORONTO TO QUEBEC. WHILE, I LANDED IN QUEBEC AND WENT TO LUGGAGE COUNTER TO COLLECT MY BELONGING. I WAS INFORMED THAT ONE OF MY BAGS HAS BEEN MISPLACED IN THE LODGING AND BOARDING PROCEDURE. I WAS ASSURED THAT THE AUTHORITIES WILL LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND THE TROUBLESOME ISSUE WILL BE ADDRESSED WITHIN A WEEK.
MY LUGGAGE THAT IS MISSING HAD SOME VERY IMPORTANT STUFF IN IT. THERE WERE SOME LEGAL PAPERS OF MY PROPERTY, TWO VERY EXPENSIVE BRAND NEW WATCHES, A LAPTOP AND HEADPHONES WHICH BRINGS ME TO UTMOST CONCERN ABOUT THE FACT OF LOSING THEM. THE FOUR WHEELED BAG WAS GREY IN COLOUR WITH A LOGO OF SAFARI ON THE TOP RIGHT CORNER. IT HAD A SCRATCH ON THE FRONT LEFT SIDE AND HAD A RIBBION TIED ON ITS HANDLE.
SINCE,THE INCIDENT TOOK PLACE THREE DAYS BACK AND THERE HAS BEEN NO UPDATE UNTIL NOW. I REQUEST YOU TO FAST FORWARD THE PROCEDURE AND RESOLVE THE ISSUE AT ITS EARLIEST POSSIBILITY. I WOULD BE GLAD IF YOU COULD ATLEAST INFORM ME ABOUT THE CURRENT STATUS OF MY COMPLAINT.AWAITING FOR YOUR RESPONSE.
YOURS FAITHFULLY
TOM CRUISE
