Dear Sir/Madam,
I am Sheetal Goel travelled by your airline last week 3rd April 2019 by flight number A807.
The flight was scheduled from Delhi to Goa at 8 a.m.
I am writing this letter to inform you that during my flight my luggage was misplaced and immediate authority was informed there by written application. Bag was of red colour and marked by my family name over it’s left side.
Furthermore I would like to share the details of my belongings it contains. Apart from my belongings some Perosnal documents of identification were in it.
I would appreciate if you can take the prompt action over this request and help me to acquire the stuff as soon as possible.
