Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing with regards to my filled application for my bag that it got lost while travelling on the plane last week.
I have submitted a claim to `Lost and Found Department` to report the incident, but no action has been taken till date. My luggage was checked-in with evidenced boarding pass; however, I did not receive it on the arrival destination. I was waiting for it on the luggage belt along with same flight`s bags, but It was not among them.
I have called your office on several occasions, but no response from them. Therefore, I would request that you inform me with the outcomes of my claim application and if you have any updates about my lost bag from `Lost and Found Department`. This will be highly appreciated by me.
I have a travel insurance with your company, and your policy states that all lost items are covered. Hence, I would ask that you review the value of estimated cost of bag and other belongings, and that you process it with your accounts department to release the cheque as soon as possible.
Please let me know if you need any further information.
Yours faithfully,
Ayoub
