Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter to let you know that the laptop which I bought from your shop last week has stopped working since yesterday. The display has completely gone and not showing anything on the screen; however, audio is working properly.
Let me explain my situation in detail. I am working from home and my current job completely relies on the laptop, as it contains all the relevant documents and softwares which were installed in that recently. Unfortunately, I forgot to keep a copy of some important office-related files from my laptop. I am in a dilemma as I cannot resume my pending works without the laptop. If this gets delayed, it may definitely affect my job stability.
Would you kindly help me in fixing this issue either by changing the display panel or replace it with a new one? It would be a great help for me if you could make this as early as possible. Waiting in anticipation for your reply.
Thank you for your consideration and abetment.
Yours faithfully,
Sherin
