Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter in order to complain about the internet router, that i bought from your store, at 12th Avenue, 3 weeks ago. I am also writing to explain how this is impacting my daily work.
I am working online from my home as freelancer English teacher. I have been registrated at one website for teaching people and internet conention is crucial for me in order to do my job. In fact, the internet router in question, was working properly in the begining an out of the blue, the internet was disconnecting for couple of minutes or made the camera video frozen for longer period of time.
In fact, in the last 3 weeks, i have lost 10 extremely important clients, because of this issue. Consequently to this i earned three times lower salary than last month when i have normal Internet connection.
For this reason, i am claiming material damage for my lost working hours which are in total amount of 5000 dollars. I am also asking you to change my router with new one, as we signed in the agreement, so that i do not have to claim my rights in court.
I would be grateful if you can solve this matter as soon as possible.
