Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to draw your attention to a problem with my scanner machine. Several days ago, I noticed that my scanner machine began to work slower.
I have a specific function in my job which includes working with a person’s original documents such as passports, certificates and etc. Moreover, I have to have excellent skills and opportunity to scan these documents clearly and fast by using my scanner machine. Unfortunately, I cannot do this in an appropriate fast way
My work as a consultant offers people help with preparing documents for visas. Furthermore, I scan their original documents almost every day. Due to this problem my clients are forced to wait a long time while I scan papers. As a consequence, I service fewer people as usual.
As you can imagine, I am disappointed with this slow piece of equipment which you service for me every month. However, you can help me to work faster if you change the item into another one.
I hope this matter will receive your immediate attention. I expect you will exchange my scanner machine.
