Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter with regard to the problem which I am facing with my printer recently purchased from your shop. Every time I give print command on my laptop, an error pops up showing that cartridge is not installed properly.
As an interior designer I usually work from home and prepare designs for my clients. After the designing part is complete I take printouts and hand it over to the labor so that they can start the physical work at the site, looking at the design sheets. But due to this print error my work at various sites are currently on hold.
I request you to kindly send your technical executive to my place to fix this problem on urgent basis. Kindly send an extra cartridge along so that if a fault is found in the cartridge it can be immediately replaced without any further delays. I have enclosed the copy of purchase invoice and warranty card for your reference.
Thanking you,
JPS
