You work for an international company. Recently your job has changed and you believe that more training is needed. Write a letter to your manager and say
- How has your job changed?
- Describe a type of training you will need.
- Suggest the arrangements incorporating training and your work.
I am writing this letter requesting you to make necessary training arrangements on CAD technology In addition, team-handling skills.
As you are aware that, I was, working as a PLM engineer until last month, and now promoted as Team leader. My new role and projects demands, knowledge of CAD technologies and team handling skills. While this exciting and challenging. I would like to bring to your notice that, since the technology is new to me and I have less experience in team handling, it would be difficult for me to execute the project within the stipulated period.
Hence, I would ask you to arrange appropriated trainings. This will help me to improve my designing skills. So that we I will be able to mentor the team and work more efficiently to complete the project with good quality and meet the project milestones.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Thanking you,
Yours faithfully.
