Dear Sir/Madam,

With due respect I am writing you to express my interest to join the trip with my son Aryan, who is studying at grade five and carrying the ID number 2103-01.

Aryan loves to spend time with me always and he never stayed in any other places without me. As this is a foreign trip and new experience for him I would like to be with my son, so that he can feel homely and enjoy his activities.

In fact, I can look after the children carefully during the trip and help them learning new things. Personally I work in a kindergarten and I know well how to cheer up the kids.

It will be convenient for us in packing, if you can inform us some detailed information about accommodation, transportation facilities for sight-seeing etc.

Will look forward to hearing from you soon.
