Your child is going on a trip to another country for 3 days. School is looking for some parents who can join the trip and you decided to apply for the same. You are interested in going with trip. Write a letter to the head of the school and include:•Why

I am writing to express my interest to be part of the children’s trip to another city, the Mount Tabour. I have been to the city many times before and can advise about the best places there to visit. I hope that you will accept my request and allow me to be part of the trip.

I would like to go with the children on their school trip to Mt: Tabour, firstly, because I know it very well. Also, it will be wonderful experience to travel with enthusiastic and energetic young minds.

My knowledge about the city would be extremely helpful during the trip. I could be a tourist guide, and show all the best tourist sports like the great museum, the Heritage House and palaces in the city. If any of your children wants to try skating I can help them because I am an expert in it.

I would like to know few details about the other arrangements for the trip like accommodation and travel. Have you informed the children that they should carry cloths which can protect them from freezing? As per the weather forecast some parts of the city is going to be extremely cold in coming week. There is still time, the information can be send now.

I look forward to be part of the wonderful trip.

Sincerely,
Eric Wilton
