Dear Mrs Johnson,

I am writing in reference to learning French which has been suggested by my master Mr Rajesh Khanna and he suggested me to take your help regarding the same.

Let me explain to you in detail. I am working with a MNC and we have a deal with our French counterparts coming up. Fortunately I am the one leading the deal so my friend and advisor Mr Khana suggested me to get hold of French as it could be useful for our deal.

I would be great full to you if you can help me out by suggesting ways which can be beneficial in mastering the dialect. Since I want grasp the language quickly, I would like to receive a crash course from you if possible.

I would like to start it as early as possible as the meeting is due next month and I have to master the language before that.

Thank you for your consideration.

Your’s Faithfully,
