I am writing in regards to the complain that I received from you recently.
First of all, much apologies for the inconvenience caused by the noise from my house.
My cousin is attending a 1-month course in Japan, hence she sent her puppy to my house last week before she left, and I promised to take good care of the puppy while she’s out of town .
The puppy is only 5 months old and this is the first time that he’s apart with my cousin, he’s feeling unsafe, and most important is that he is not used to stay with me in this completely new environment. That’s why he is always crying and barking, I noticed from the monitor camera that he barks even louder when I am out for work.
I understand the noise he made is quite annoying, especially at night. I’ve spoken with my cousin over the phone this afternoon to find a solution for it. We decided that I will bring the puppy and stay in my cousin’s place starting from tomorrow until she returns, I hope you find this solution helpful, and please accept my apologies once again for all the inconveniences caused.
