This letter is in regards to the complaint letter you sent to me regarding the utmost disturbance you had due to the loud noise from my house.
First of all, let me clarify the basic cause of this annoyance to you. My house is going through major repair work due to the heavy rains last month causing massive havoc on one of my bedroom ceilings which need immediate attention to get fixed ignoring what may cause utter discomfort to all of us.
Regardless of this, please accept my heartfelt apologies as I completely empathize with you all for causing you lots of distress.
Considering the ordeal you are going through what I must try to do for some of your respites is get this thing done only on weekends in the daytime between 11 till 5 when most of us are away for our respective work and would get good riddance.
I really hope the above solution suits you all fine and can save some of the discomforts.
