Dear sir or madam,
I am Harry Martin, I recently bought an Iphone-XR from your shop. But unfortunately, the phone is not working properly. I am writing this letter to complain about the same.
Actually, it was my 3rd wedding anniversary on 23rd june so i thought of gifting this smart phone to my wife so I bought this phone on 22nd evening. It is a gold color 128 GB storage phone, I have enclosed the copy of invoice for further details. Let me elucidate the issues, when my wife opened the box, she found the earplugs were missing. Also when we tried to start the phone it did not launch. I tried charging it for two hours but the problem remained same then I charged it with using my other charger. Moreover, We realized another bigger problem when my wife made a call to her parents to share her happiness about the gift but her happiness did not last long as the phone got disconnected again and again and the voice quality was also very low.
I called to your shop multiple times and all time I have to explain my problems from scratch to new person. They promise me that a delivery boy will replace my old phone to a new phone soon but it did not happen and its been two-week for the same process. I would like to mention you that I purchased this expensive phone from my hard-earned money.
To compensate for such mistake and inconvenience I want you to send me new working phone(same model and features) as soon as possible. If this time also my complaint is ignored or necessary actions will be taken I will write the complaint to consumer court. For any clarification or further details, you can contact me at 401-401-4011.
Hope to get a positive revert from you soon.
Yours Sincerely
Harry Martin
