In general, both boys and girls outperformed the courses in computer science, mathematics and foreign languages. The most significant differences between male and female performances were Geography and computer science as male students outperformed in the former, while female students did very well in the latter.
Firstly, three subjects that both genders got very high percentages are computer science, mathematics and foreign languages, which all were not lower than 42%. The percentages of students who passed math and foreigner languages in both genders have fairly identical figures as they were approximately 46 to 47 in foreign languages figures and 48 to 49 in Math figures.
Secondly, there were significant differences between in two courses: computer science and geography. In detail, women students passed computer science with 58% which was higher than man students by 15%. Moreover, there was also a 10% difference between girls and boys in geography course as boys passed with 30%, compared with 20% in girls.
