The first thing in job is salary not job satisfaction. I am partly agree with this statement.
As I am consider people should find job which is satisfies their souls. When you work in a company where you can feel convenient, you could be more successful, too. You can start your job with small steps, but if you like it, you can develop your business till you feel yourself satisfied. So, I think when you satisfied with your job you probably can get more salary.
But there are people who are need to work in places where they are not satisfied. They were agree for this inconvenience becouse they need money. For instance it can be students which are study in foreign countries. They need to feed up themselves, so they will search job with large salary.
In conclusion I wanted to say that people should not seek job with big salary, they should find job in which they are satisfied.
