The diagram below display how residential prosperities of prices have changed in five different cities compared to their prices in 1989.
During the period from 1990 to 1995 the average prices of house in three countries decreased significantly by 5 percent in New York (USA), about 7.5 percent in both Tokyo (Japan) and London (UK). The chart also shows that Marid (Spain) and Frankfurt (Germany) were 2 countries where prices rose sharply, with 2 percent in Marid (Spain) and 2.5 percent in Frankfurt (Germany)
Next, the second chart, the period from 1996 to 2002, there was a significant change from 5 countries when there was an upward of trend of 4 countries. In New York it increased dramatically by 5 percent, in Marid it slightly raised by 4 percent, in Tokyo it grew positively 2.5 percent but it was still in the negative side of the chart, and in London it rapidly increased by 12 percent. In contrast, Frankfurt of Germany was the only country in the rest of the chart where house prices fell, with the value changing from 2.5 percent to 1 percent.
All in all, London which was the country with the most significant increase in the chart by raised nearly 19.5 percent. Furthermore, there was a wide differences in average prices of house among 5 countries, this can be the result of overpopulation in each countries can made a trend of raised prices of house in a certain city.
