It is noticeable from the diagram that there are 11
major stages in the production of coffee before it is
prepared to send to supermartkets and shops.
At the first stage of coffee-making process, coffee
beans are collected from the trees. Then they need
putting under the sun where it is dried in high
temperature. The process continues with roasting the
beans and rapidly cooling them. After being placed
on a machine to grind, they are mixed with hot water.
After that, the mixture of the previous step is strained
and it needs freezing. Next, the frozen liquid is
grinded and trasnported to a vacuum in order to be
dried. At the final stage, the frozen liquid is packed
into jars and these jars are ready to be sold to
customers in supermartkets and stores.
