Nowadays, the external-assisted way of nursing oldsters including retirement homes is a current preference for their relatives. There are several merits and demerits for this interesting issue which will be elaborated in the forthcoming paragraph.

On the one hand, to equip old people with eldercare services would bring an essential attribute for them. Not only elderly would be nursed carefully for what their fit dietary habit is but also how mental balance be controlled. Needless to say, many of family members lack life-saving skills in which this can jeopardise retired people's life. Furthermore, if such responsibility is assigned to their family members, this will arouse extra monthly expense. The fact that this had better eldercare organisation than in-home care owing to arranging the fixed amount of budget spent by aging parents.

On the flip side, this issue could bring drawback of private insurance which, perhaps, becomes the main objective of retirement home. Despite providing all of what the elderies need, increased costs might be listed from extra medical care to special room and so forth. It might be said that those parents could encouter mental issue, especially the feeling of loneliness. After productive days during the working age, part of oldster long for family togetherness in the rest of time. Indeed, the more family neglect their old relatives, the more disconsolate they will be.

To sum up, providing all the care for aging people in residential home brings several advantages including the skilled nursing facilities and low risks of excessive outcome. Meanwhile, the possibility of mistreatment and the worse mental health of the aging might be its disadvantages.
