The primary reason for exploring the past data of their house is to know if there are any incidents like suicides or murders happened. Because society has some superstitious beliefs which they are concerned about. For example, in some parts of India acquiring a building is a big thing, so people are curious to know if there are any former accidents that happened in the building. Furthermore, the real estate agents persuade people who are new to the place for purchasing those buildings that have dirty past because the demand for these houses is very low.
On the other hand, there are few ways to investigate, such as the internet and the library. Nowadays, as technology improved swiftly, people can find information about the history of their house by searching online, as well as there are a few sites like Wikipedia where is presented immensely. In addition to this, the public can also find information about their place in the library as well.
In conclusion, knowing about the history of their house has become a trend so it's good to know about their apartment's past before moving to the place, and with the help of ,technology society can find information by researching in online.
