A child of today is man of tomorrow. Now adays, the number of professionals such as doctors , teachers, engineers are increasing in there poorer countries. However, Government have limited number of jobs given to professionals.Apart from that, poorer countries have not been good enviornment and other opportunities.While, in the development countries, they gave more opportunities and more good jobs provides to professtionals.Although, many professionals are settle in there.
