Essay topics:

From your own understanding and experience, what are the two significant factors that enable students to get a well-paid job in the future?

When it comes to finding a highly-paid position, many sets of skills are essential for students to get a higher chance of being hired. In my school of thought, in-depth knowledge in a chosen field and good language ability is the most fundamental skills in helping students get offered lucrative salaries in ther future.

It is imperative to cultivate as much knowledge and insights as possible if students want to get into the realm of a highly-earning level. Since recruiters often look for and are willing to pay for knowledgeable and filled-with-insights candidates who can apply hard-earned knowledge to help their businesses flourish. For example, when a marketing graduate ap for a consulting position in a well-established marketing company, he seems to lack much-needed insights about marketing and, thus, require more training before assuming the role. This candidate will likely be offered a minimum salary because the employer will have to allocate effort and time to train him. Therefore, the early cultivation of a rich source of knowledge in a chosen field is of the essence in helping students achieve their dreams of getting high-paid jobs after leaving school.

Language ability and communication skills have always played critical roles in a competitive job market environment and in elevating the career prospects of graduates. Students who speak more than one language with excellent command are more likely to be offered lucrative salaries along with many job-related perks. Thus, Students nowadays try to learn English and other popular languages essential to the existing job market by registering in many online courses to hone their language skills and better prepare themselves for future job-seeking attempts. In addition, businesses will be able to connect with more partners worldwide through effective communication, which entails a score of highly skilled employees who can speak more than one language and display problem-solving ability. Therefore, Advanced English-speaking staff are likely to be promoted to higher positions and have remarkable earnings.

In conclusion, while the skills necessary to get a high-paid job are diverse, students must proactively prepare themselves proactively with an in-depth knowledge of their chosen expertise coupled with an excellent command of foreign languages, thereby possibly receiving a lucrative salary level in the future job-seeking endeavours.
