Analysts tell us that many people today feel stressed and think they have insufficient control over their lives. What problems do such feelings cause for people? What remedies could you suggest?
It is common for a contemporary person to experience stress. Studies point out that having a massive level of stress can make people believe that their lives are out-of-control. This leads to many difficulties; however, plausible steps are available to tackle the problem.
The major problem might be in terms of work efficiency. When a person is suffering from psychological problems ranging from depression to anxiety and overthinking to insecurity, he is more likely to be demotivated and have lower self-esteem. This might result in low-conspicuous working performance and harm productivity in the workplace. Obviously, such people are more likely to be dismissed from their jobs. Unemployment will further exacerbate their problem. Another problem reflects a concern with personal relationships. Frustrated people are prone to losing their patience, even with trivial matters. Breaking into fights with partners frequently leads to relationship breakdowns. Divorce and separation are inevitable in bitter relationships.
Turning to the viable remedies, the key is to eliminate the root cause through relaxation techniques. People can opt for methods such as yoga and meditation to regulate their emotions and try to control their outbursts. Playing sports can be another solution. Only by channelizing the excessive energy and releasing the built-up tension can people be able to find peace. It will not only help with mental health but also with physical fitness, which will be improved. Furthermore, people should attempt to go on vacation with family members. Visiting new places and discovering new cultures will change people’s views of the world, which can make them more tolerant of differences.
To conclude, there are two possible problems, namely, getting laid off and damaging relationships. Nonetheless, straightforward measures, such as adapting relaxing methodologies and holidaying, are effective to help people alleviate problematic circumstances.
- Some people say that individuals who make a lot of money are the most successful Others think that those who contribute to society like scientists and teachers are more successful Discuss both sides and give your own opinion 62
- In many cities today most people live in large apartment blocks Does this kind of accommodation have more advantages or disadvantages 84
- Some people believe that there is a general rise in antisocial behavior and disrespect for others today What could have caused this situation and how to improve it 84
- Some people believe that happiness and emotional maturity are more important than physical health while others disagree Discuss both views and give your opinion 84
- A friend who lives in another country has invited you to come and stay with him on your next holiday You are too busy to accept the invitation Write a letter to your friend In your letter Thank him for the invitation Explain why you cannot come Ask him ab 73
