Admittedly, There are several justifications for providing handsome salaries to the staff of the level of directors. An evident reason is their better experience. Since they possess high level of work experience, they are able to provide suitable solutions of the issues such as product selection f and finalization. This will, therefore, take to companies to higher level. Moreover, handling staff to higher accuracy is another possible point to be considered. These humans have talent to create an atmosphere of working by eloquent speech. Workers,consequently, will embartembark to work with higher effeciency after being motivated by thier words and provide the best output to the firm.
Furthermore, incorporating suitable working cultural in the staff is also another ground for providing huge salaries to higher level employers. While the working individuals imbibe vital rule like following the desciplines and prevailing system in the company from the management people, the progress of ventures is unbeatable. In addition, it would not be unlikely if their creative ideas has been considered. These particular citizens related to management field possess thinking to lure the common citizens by providing various schemes such as buy one and get one free. This can provoke the level of selling the organization and make it prosper.
In conclusion, owing to humongous work experience and controlling employees along with ingressing ethical values in employees and their thing capabilities , I strongly advocate that it the best idea to provide higher management people with superb salary packages.
