Dear Mr. Rajan
I am James Paul; we had met together in a journey towards Australia from India on August 20. I am writing this letter to provide you the assured response that you had insisted me to do. I am ready to join in one of your esteemed restaurant.
Although I was undertaking my own tiny construction job in my village, I am extremely grateful to work with as in any position. However, I am little keen on to maintenance department as I had in the same field here. Also, I am a good cooker and passionate in making some interesting dishes in my house. So, I don’t mind if I can secure as a cooking staff.
I remember what you had said while in our journey; it is the lack of a supervisor in the maintenance department, so I will be suitable for that space for hundred percent. I have twenty years of working experience in this filed and I had been in a large-scale building industry as a maintenance head. It is the best time to join you because now I am doing in my village after quitting the previous position.
