People find it very difficult to speak in public or to give a presentation before an audience

In today’s world, it is of utmost importance that one must learn how to speak & present well in public or private gatherings. In the previous era, self-grooming was of less importance or it is an area where people do not tend to pay much attention, however, nowadays, if you are not well presented or well groomed, people treat you differently. It is observed that many people find it difficult to speak in front of small or large audience or could not present when face masses.

There are several factors intact to this lacking trait. One considerable factor is the upbringing. What were the initial learnings of that person, did he learn core areas of self-representation. Second big element is the environment the person is living in. If the person does not face any audience or has limited social life, it is evident that persona would be nervous facing public or would not be able to present.
Early education & elementary education plays a vital role & grooming a person to well present himself to larger audience. Meeting a gathering of two three people or presenting or speaking in front of 100 people, being a center of audience is altogether a different experience.
One important element that should not be overlooked is the self-ability to face large audience. Some people are God gifted being very confident that they do not feel hesitation in facing masses.
To recapitulate this argument, considering the importance of confidence, one must pay attention to practice addressing large audience at the time of education. If you have experienced presenting in front of people, it will be easy for you to present well & address large audience where you are practically working in a professional environment.
