Digitizing medical records

Essay topics:

Digitizing medical records

The reading and the lecture are about the possibility of Digitizing medical records and the pros and cons. The author believed that it's a good idea due to economical benefits and scientific benefits. The lecturer however believed that it's somehow impossible to achieve those goals even with digitizing medical records.
First of all, the author mentioned that digitizing medical records will save money and eliminate extra expenses and that can save a lot of money for the hospital and health care system. However, on the other hand the lecturer believed that digitizing the records will not reduce the costs because the doctors will keep paper records too. also, there are some offices like insurance companies that with use paper documents with the patients’ signature on it
Secondly, the author claimed that using digital record would be safer because it will reduce human error. For example, maybe the patient forgets to accurately provide information so that the doctor will miss some parts. The lecturer on the other hand mentioned that digitizing medical record will not completely reduce human error because doctors always take notes while visiting a patient and because of a bad hand writing most of the doctors have, it may cause some problem in saving the patient's records.
Finally, the author mentioned that digitizing will help the doctors all over the world to have access to patient's documents and it would be beneficial, while as the lecturer said, the author didn't take privacy into account that all of patient's documents are private due to law and they can't share them.

---------------------
We are expecting: No. of Words: 350 while No. of Different Words: 200
Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:

para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.

So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:

reasons == advantages or

reasons == disadvantages

for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.

or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
