Do you agree or disagree with the following statement?
It is better to live in one town or city all your life than to move from one place to another.
Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer
In this progressive and sophisticated world today, people need to move from one place to another due to many important reasons. Without moving to different places, one is unlikely to become a successful person. Although many people prefer to stay in one place all their lives, I, personally, like to move to different areas. I feel this way for two important reasons that I will analyze more throughout this essay.
First and foremost, people can experience different situations and become familiar with other cultures by moving to various places. My own experience is a compelling example that can drive this notion home. When I was 18, I decided to go to a university in another city. At first, it was hard for me to live far away from my family. But after months, I totally could see significant growth in me, resulting from getting used to different cultures and people. I've learned new things every day that became handy for me later in life. This example demonstrates how moving to multiple places can lead to personal improvements.
Secondly, changing the living environment can prevent people from getting depression. More specifically, changing the environment can directly improve mental health status. There is always a high chance of getting depression by being steady, leading to a significant decrease in life quality. For example, one of my friends experienced a depressing period in her life. When she visited her psychologist, she found out that her emotions had changed due to the cold weather in our city. as a result, she decided to move to a warmer place, which obviously changed her mood. If she had not moved to another place, she would never have been able to change her mental status.
In conclusion, I firmly believe that not only can moving help people understand many cultures and life situations, but it can also help them stay away from depression and mental issues.

Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:
para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.
So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:
reasons == advantages or
reasons == disadvantages
for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
