Imagine that you are in a classroom or a meeting. The teacher or the meeting leader says something incorrect In your opinion, which of the following is the best thing to do?
•Interrupt and correct the mistake right away.
•Wait until the class or meeting is over and the people are gone, and then talk to the teacher or meeting leade.
•Say nothing.

I would interrupt lecturing or meeting if I was. It is the best way for preventing other consequences. Of course, I expect the lecturer to be so logical to accept my objection. there are some reasons to support my idea:
First of all, as I said above, It may have some consequences, bad, good or both of them. If I do not correct the mistakes, it might lead to huge dangers or harms. Let to imagine that the others leave the classroom or the meeting without pointing the mistakes out; Some of them would have based their future actions on the announced topics; What would be happened? A chain of mistakes and losses would be generated just due to a hesitating.
As a second reason, it teaches the lecturer to be precise when a presentation is comming on the future. The lecturer should prepare topics and presentation carefully; On a better word, it will be clearified to the lecturer that its audience are alert and they do not accept any garbage opinion. This reason may is not true in all
occasions but according to the logic, it can improve the quality of the presentation or the lecturer acting.
At the third stage, the role of audience in encoraging the lecturer is indispensable. Fortunatelly, people got used to contributing in the process of teaching or presentation. Interrupting the person and naging it to being carefull, not only will save time, resources and money, but also help the lecturer to speak better and makes it more enthousiastic; because it will get that enough attention is being payed to it.
As a summary, neither it is a meeting or a classroom, I would pointed the mistake out publically. I wish people to consider other consequences of ignoring little mistakes. Shamness does not mean that you have to omit other's mistakes; When it comes to me, I consider it as betray and not a pity. Needless to say, it depends on someone's courage to interrupt lecturing.
