Some people like to keep a record of their own experiences by uploading pictures and other information to social networking sites Other people prefer not to create such records Which approach do you prefer and why

In this era of accelerated technological progress, the interest of posting various photos or videos has increased. Some people argue that this will definitely lead to bad consequences. In their opinion it is quite inappropriate to post content like this. Others, however, think that there is nothing wrong with this activity. They insist that one can post anything he or she wants, because it is his or her right. Taking into account all the pros and cons of the given claim, I am inclined to think that, although everyone has rights to do anything they want, nevertheless they should be attentive to what they post. My viewpoint is informed by the considerations, which paragraphs below will spell out in greater detail.
Preliminary, it goes without saying that, in spite of the fact that social networks perserve that they provide high ranked protection, one cannot be sure for hundred percent about his or her safe online "life". Today social networks are so well-developed that everyone has access to the information. But not everyone has good or neutral thoughts. A vivid illustration of my words can be the instance of my town. A group of students went camping and they were posting everything that they were doing: photos with marked locations, various videos and so on. At first sight there is nothing wrong with it, however these posts saw a dangerous robber. Police had tried to catch him, yet he was a good hider. The robber followed the students and when they reached a deserted place, he attacked. Fortunately they were not alone- an adult couple was strolling around and they noticed the robber. The couple immediately called the police and the robber was caught. If the couple was not there, everything would not be so colorful. Nevertheless, if the students had not posted photos and videos with so many details, I do not think that something like this even would have happened.
To reveal yet another aspect of my stance, social network sites are not always used for people's convenience and entertainment. There are a myriad of forbidden content in various social accessible and banned networks, and we are not aware about the existence of these networks. These networks can easily use one's photos in their sites, if he or she will not be attentive. Posting everything can lead to consequences like this, if one trusts all the social networks. A proof of my words can be the example of my friend. My friend Ann was on vacation in Maldives, so she was posting a lot of photos at the beach with different beautiful swimsuits. I suggested her not to post so many photos and videos, because I knew that there are a plethora of "pirates, who break and use girls' photos. Ann did not listen to me and continued to post what she wanted. I tried twice again, but nothing changed. A week later, another friend of mine sent me a screen shot, where I saw that in a prohibited site were posted Ann's photos. Without hesitation I sent the screen shot to Ann, reported the site and required them to delete Ann's photos. We solve this problem rapidly, however there are hundreds of girls' from all over the globe, who face this kind of issue and can do nothing for their protection.
In the long run, the spectrum of opinions people may entertain whether posting lots of photos or videos is safe or not, can be extremely wide. Taking into account such factors as self-safeguard and bypass of "scandals'', I insist that avoiding the creature of such contents will be the best option for everyone.

Write the essay in 30 minutes.
Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:

para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.

So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:

reasons == advantages or

reasons == disadvantages

for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.

or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
