Nowadays, advancements in technologies and internet created different habits and ways of communication for people to share their moments and get in touch with friends and family, like myriad social media's developed for different purposes. While some people believe that posting pictures and information on social media is not good and will cause some troubles for the person, others disagree with this notion and think that it is good to keep records of our memories and share it with others through this novel media and way of communcating. I am personally of the opinion of the latter, and I will elaborate why I feel this way in the following paragraphs.
First of all, by uploading pictures and writing information on social media, we can share our moments with friends and family and stay in touch with them. In this way, our families and friends will know about us and we can share our moments with them, even if we are far from them, since technologies made it possible to get in touch with our parents and other people, when we are not close to them. For example, when we are living in another country, our families and friends want to hear about us and celebrate our achievements and holidays with us.
Second of all, we can keep our memories and they are available everywhere. When we keep our memories and experiences and upload them in social media, we can access them in the future. On the contrary, if we save it on local hard disks, our images and information would not be accessible from everywhere, also we take the risks of losing our precious moments and pictures if this hardware device gets infected or break apart completely. My own story is a compelling example of this. When I was in university, I stored the whole university experiences and pictures, which were very precious to me, on my hard disk, but after a while, this hard disk broke and I lost all those images and now I do not have any images from that period of time. So, if we keep our images on social media, not only we can keep them safe, but also we can access it from everywhere.
To put it all in a nutshell, although there could be some risks of sharing images and information on social media, but I believe that by uploading our pictures on social media, we can share our moments with family and friends and get in touch with them and also keep them safe and access it from everywhere.

Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:
para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.
So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:
reasons == advantages or
reasons == disadvantages
for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
