No one can deny that there are both positive and negative aspects of saving our memories with photos or notes and posting them on internet websites. If I were forced to choose, I would defiantly select to keep my experiments in public. It is my firm belief it will give me benefits in the future for several reasons, and I will develop these ideas in the subsequent paragraphs.
To begin with, keeping your experiments every day especially in your fieldwork can attract more specialists to obtain new knowledge from your experience. I have to admit that my opinion on this matter has been profoundly influenced by my own personal experience. Before five years, when I started my work as a civil engineer on multi projects site, I forced a lot of new cases in my field, so I started to record these new cases by taking pictures and writing some notes on the picture, then I started to post my work on many websites for workers in my field and I made a lot of discussion about this work If it right or I can make any change. As a result, I got new information from specialists in my field, Also the junior engineers took new knowledge and have shown new work. Meanwhile, I made many new friends in my field from different countries just by posting these photos. If I had the opportunity to post these cases on other websites, I would have given a chance for more people to learn new things.
Secondly, posting your memories on social networking sites can give you faith and passion to complete anything you have started to do. Drawing from my own experience. One year ago, I posted on Facebook that I have started studying for a master's degree, so nowadays I felt discouragement because of stress and work conditions, but when I saw this picture with pretty text written by me. Consequently, I got a new motivation to continue my journey with this long trip of study and complete my passion to get this certificate.
In conclusion, I strongly feel that saving our memories can make a lot of things easy than before by reviewing them in the future. This is because can help in getting new information and making new friends in your field, and can give you the chance and motivation to finish your work.

Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:
para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.
So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:
reasons == advantages or
reasons == disadvantages
for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
