University is the place to gain education, nonetheless, people need to look after one's health.On the one hand, classes and libraries are one of the most essential thing to study. On the other hand health is more important to live.So I strongly agree to the statement that social activities should receive as same as financial aid like libraries and classes.
As far as I am concerned, sports reduce the possibility to suffer from a disease which is based on lack of movement. In this day and age, students tend to sit on a table in long time, in order to good grade or get a scholarship to study. Nevertheless, sit down without any breaks and any moves is a bad habitat. Then it will influence your health in a bad path, whereas sports can relieve a stress and plays an important role for protecting student's welfare. Therefore, I for one, school administration has to spend much more money on social activities.
Another reason why I feel that way is libraries and classes don't need to renewed constantly.It can stand for many years with occasional purchases such as books, desks and computers. As opposed to, sports requires more funding because of its consumption.For instance, there are hundreds of sports which are played in a various ways in the world. Therefore, sport facilities need to use different type of equipment, safety gear and lockers. Also there comes additional costs of coaches, travel in order to participate international competition.
Taking everything into consideration, people must concern about their health while studying. Libraries and classes are important in its own way. By the same taken, health is essential and we need to protect them using physical activities.

We are expecting: No. of Words: 350 while No. of Different Words: 200
Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:
para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.
So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:
reasons == advantages or
reasons == disadvantages
for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
