If you want a successful future job, the score in school is very important. Firstly, if the graduate study well, they may gain some scholarship. Secondly, a good grade will you the courage that will make you confident and keep you move on. Last but not lease, as the old saying goes “no pay, no pain.” Graduates must do their duty to receive success. Just as everyone knows only studying hard in school will get more opportunities which may lead to success.
On the contrary, the relationship with is important to graduate too. It shows the emotional quotient that you have. Everyone lives in a certain condition which people think highly of their ability to relate well to people. If you get this talent, it will not only gives you convenient when you deal with things that are related to people, but also gives you a chance to give out your ability and ideas which are in your mind. So on the other hand, this certain ability will help you with your study and at the same time help you to reach your goal.
In all, studying well is the first step in your road to success, but I strongly believe that the ability to relate well to people is more necessary for the graduates.

We are expecting: No. of Words: 350 while No. of Different Words: 200
Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:
para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.
So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:
reasons == advantages or
reasons == disadvantages
for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
