In the modern world, in which technology is flourishing at a galoping rate, social media has transformed the whole universe to a small village. This means people can connect to eachother and share their ideas by social media. Keeping this in mind, some people prefer to share their lifestyle and experiences with others using different sites and applications; others hold the view that privacy is of high importance and they avoid uploaing photos. I consider myself in the former group and I will elaborate on my viewpoint in the following paragraphs.
To begin with, people can benefit from other people's experiences, and this can help them decide better in their life. Experience is a priceless gift that a person can give others because it helps people to use their time better. To clarify, when people share their experience from traveling to different places around the world, it can help others to get familiar with the pros and cons of traveling to those region. people can understand the expenses, the spectacular sceneries, diverse food and cultures, and other things in differenet regions. Needless to say, it can help a person who wants to go to travel to choose where to go, and it gives him or her an invaluable insight. Therefore, sharing experiences pave the way for people to decide better in their life.
Secondly, when people upload their photos and experiences, they can use this data after many years and use them. This has a siginificant benefits: saving data in memory cards is highly risky because the memory card can be broken or damaged. As a result, one can loose the whole information. But, by uploading the information to a reputable site, people can make sure that they can access to their data whenever they want and it is safe. Take a personal experience as an example: last year I went to honeymoon and I had the best time in my life there. I uploaded some of my photos to share my moments with my friend. My photos were really important for me and I saved them. But my laptop was broken and if i have not shared my photos, I would not have them now.
In conclusion, taking into account what was already mentioned, I beleive that sharing information through reputable platform has some amazing consequenses that anyone can be persuade to do so.

Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:
para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.
So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:
reasons == advantages or
reasons == disadvantages
for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
