Although, it is a bit hard to reach a consensus in this issue, I am to a great extent, of the opinion that it is better to keep busy with varies kinds of tasks. In the following essay, I will substantiate my vantage point.

As we all know, workers are reputed to be the forerunners of the industrial of every country all over the world. No one can turn a blind eye to their fundamental roles in improving and enhancing the economic conditions in the society. According to statistic estimations coming from prolonged research they work longer than any other group of jobs in the society. The second aspect that deserves to be outlined is that doing separate tasks results in gaining more and more skills helping workers to become well-equipped workforce in the community. As a matter of fact, different tasks focusing on diverse abilities will provide opportunities for utilizing potential talents. Under this circumstances, if workers are reluctant to go on their job, they could be successful in other field owning to their developed different potentials. Furthermore, as we spend the best time of the day working, if we experience monotone and mundane situation creating by doing identical works every day, we will not feel refresh and motivated to work well. Simply stated, performing different tasks and having delightful workplace, workers can do the best.

Drawing upon the reasons, providing various and delightful conditions, workers will do in a way that propel society toward being flourished and by the same token, equip themselves to various skills assisting them to work on the different fields of work.

Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:

para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.

So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:

reasons == advantages or

reasons == disadvantages

for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.

or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
