Nevertheless, the professor says that it is quite possible that bees were feeding on non-flowering plants at that time and then after evolving of non-flowering plants to flowering plants, the bees have evolved this relation with flowering plants. Thus, the biological relationship of bees with non-flowering plants to flowering plants is stable.
Thirdly, the reading posits that the structures that return 200 million years ago are lacked finer details of bees' nest. Like, modern bees' nest are closed by caps. The professor refutes this point by saying that even though there are no caps in structures' fossils, there is evidence of the presence of chemical substances the same as existed in modern bees nests. For instance, modern bees produce waterproofing substance, and researchers found the same chemical composition in the fossilized nests.
