dinosaurs are endotherms
The reading passage state that dinosaurs are endotherms. However, the professor in the lecture casts doubt on the points made in the reading.
First, the article considers dinosaurs as an endotherm because of dinosaur fossils have been discovered in polar regions and this evidence show that dinosaurs could keep their body temperatures constant in contrast the professor contradicts the idea and talk about other theories like maybe the polar regions were more wormer than today or maybe dinosaurs migrate from other areas to this region or hibernate like modern reptiles.
Second, the reading claims that running is efficient only if an animal's legs are positioned underneath its body and dinosaurs are the same. Admittedly, the professor in the lecture justifies the information presented in the reading and makes the point that dinosaurs need such this legs for supporting huge wight of dinosaurs and such this body needs this structure.
Third, the author in the reading puts forward the idea that a connection between endothermy and bone structure allows the animal to grow quickly. In the same way, the speaker in the lecture validats the idea and adds that in some situations reptiles growing more slowly in cool enviroment.
