But the professor didn’t agree with this point. He says that the article failed to mention that dinosaur had dominated the earth. And its extinction shifted the ecosystem. similarly, the loss of any species could alter the ecosystem in a way which can threat our existence.

Second, the reading claims that with the advent of genetic engineering. Nature became unnecessary in inspiration of medication. But the professor refutes this idea, by saying that plants are inspiring the creation of about 40% of drugs. Yet only few percentage of plants were studied. And we lose 100 species \ day.
