In many organizations, perhaps the best way to approach certain new projects is to assemble a group of people into a team. Having a team of people attack a project offers several advantages. First of all, a group of people has a wider range of knowledge,

Today, organizations do some works and projects in group, but group working have some advantages and disadvantages. people who work in a group and have same goals, make a team. One of the main advantage of team working is share of knowledge, expertise, and skills among group member, that the author have mentioned. However the lecturer assert that it is difficult to reach an agrement in the group. So, have different attitude toward any subject and issue is a disadvantage.
The author clarifis that team working or group, let to work be done in more quickly fashion, but the lecturer argues that the individual in group has to be motivated to have effecioncy. In the other hand, at the passage has mentioned that in the team working more creative solution will be proposed, because the risk of decision making is dispressed. While the professor discuss that because of being of people with diverse idea, the project path will be unpredictable. Also, it is difficult to convince people on the same subject. Finaly it is possibile that project be faild or ignored.
Another advantage which have discussed in the passage is the feeling of belonging to a group and cooperation in decision making, which finaly let to do work more effective. More ever, the individual team member have the chance of been shined, because a team can reach more high level results than a single individual.
