First, the reading claims that in this way people they just hear what is just paid advertising and it will give incorrect information to people about the buzzed product. The man opposes this point by saying that it is wrong to think in this way because companies hire people who use their products and they think that it is great. He states that buzzers are not like actors that have to read lines in commercials.

Second, the author declares that as the buzzers pretend that they are just some private individuals, consumers listen to them less critically and this may harm the consumers. Based on the lecture the buzzed products are more trustful and people will buy them better.
