working in a group or individually is better
Many organizations belive in teamwork rather than to relying on a single person to concur a task. There are many aspects of teamwork that turn out be beneficial for the organization. But in some cases, these traits overpower one another creating problems amongst team members.
A group of individuals will discuss ideas and solutions to overcome problems. Teamwork provides a quicker and more creative response rate. But sometimes a certain team member may take more time to agree upon the idea. In a group there are certain influencers who take a higher stand on making decisions and finding solutions. Whereas, in a team everyone takes equal responsibility for acievement or failure. Furthermore, recongnition is given to a team and no individual is recongnised specifically which causes a negative impact on team members. The overall conclusion weighs the difference based on how teamwork is effective yet has some flaws when it comes to tackling organisational projects.
